Fun Dive

Fun Dives in Maafushi are designed for certified divers who want to explore some of the best dive sites around South Malé Atoll. Depending on ocean conditions, currents, visibility, safety, and your experience level, the dive team will choose the most suitable dive site for the day. Dives may include reef dives, drift dives, deep dives, cave areas, and wreck exploration.

Possible dive sites include Maafushi Corner, Maafushi Caves, Kandooma Caves, Triton Giri, Vilivaru Giri, Dhigu Thila, Lhosfushi Corner, Kandooma Thila, Kuda Giri Shipwreck, Miyaru Faru, Bahthi Falhu, Cocoa Corner, Guraidhoo Corner, and Medhu Faru.

Marine life commonly seen in the area includes reef sharks, eagle rays, stingrays, turtles, moray eels, Napoleon wrasse, and tropical reef fish. Manta rays may also be seen when conditions are favorable.

All dives are guided by a trained dive team. Minimum certification required: Open Water Diver.
