Preparing for hotel check-in and special requests

Check the property’s arrival rules, guest details and required documents, and confirm any special requests before travel.

Check your confirmation

Before travelling, review the property name and address, check-in and check-out dates, room type, meal plan and guest count. Read the property’s own policies for check-in times, children, room occupancy, deposits and house rules.

Carry your booking confirmation and the identification or payment method required by the property. Requirements vary, so check your booking conditions rather than assuming every hotel uses the same arrival rules.

Early check-in or late check-out

Ask the property or support@dhombe.com before arrival. Provide your booking reference and expected arrival or departure time. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability and may have an extra charge. Treat the arrangement as confirmed only when you receive explicit confirmation.

Special requests

Tell support or the property about essential needs such as a preferred bed setup, accessibility requirements, connecting rooms, dietary requests or an extra guest before booking or as early as possible. A note in your booking does not guarantee the request. Ask what can be confirmed and whether any extra charge applies.

Late arrival or incorrect details

If a flight or transfer delay changes your arrival time, contact the property or support promptly. A missed arrival deadline can be treated as a no-show under the provider’s policy. If your confirmation has the wrong dates or guest details, request a correction before travelling.

Any change, cancellation or refund remains subject to the provider’s applicable policies and your booking conditions.
