How to book a hotel or guesthouse

Choose your stay

1. Open Properties, or use the Stays search on the homepage. Enter your destination, travel dates, adults, children and number of rooms.
2. Open a property to compare rooms, photos, facilities and policies. Check the room capacity, bedding, meal plan and cancellation conditions.
3. Select Reserve for your room. In Book Your Stay, confirm check-in, check-out, adults, children and rooms. Choose a rate plan if requested, and check the guests assigned to each room.
4. Select Add to Itinerary. Open My Itinerary to review the room, dates, guests, rate plan and estimated total.
5. Select Continue to booking. Sign in when prompted and review the final booking details, payable amount and conditions before completing the steps shown.

When is my booking confirmed?

Adding a room to your itinerary is a planning step. A booking request is confirmed only when Dhombe.com issues a booking confirmation. Check the confirmation for the correct property, room, dates and guest details.

What does Inquiry only mean?

For a property marked Inquiry only, the team must confirm availability. The displayed room or starting price does not by itself confirm a reservation. Wait for confirmation of availability, the final quote and any required payment steps.
