How to book activities and tours

Find and compare an experience

1. Open Activities. Use the destination, category, date, participants and filters to narrow your search.
2. Open an activity and review Available Offers. The same activity can be offered by different providers with different durations, inclusions and prices.
3. Select an offer. Check its provider, location, capacity and description.
4. Choose the date and number of participants. If requested, select a start time and a price or duration option. Check whether the price is per person or per unit.
5. When the required details are complete and the offer is available, select Add to itinerary. Review it in My Itinerary and continue to booking.

If you cannot add an offer

Check that the date, participant count, start time and price option are filled in. An offer appearing in the catalogue does not guarantee availability for your selected date. Try another date or provider, or contact support with the offer name and group size.

Before you book

Check age, swimming, certification, equipment and other participation requirements with the provider. Ask about meeting points and anything you must bring. Photos, videos, meals and transfers are included only when stated in the offer. Weather can affect routes, timings and availability; wildlife sightings are not guaranteed.
