Superior Room

Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be notified in writing. Failure to do so will result

in a cancellation fee being levied in the following manner.

❖ Cancellations within 14 days of the arrival date – 100% of the value of the booking.

❖ Cancellations within 15 - 21 days of the arrival date – 50% of the value of the booking.

❖ Cancellation beyond 21 days free of charge.

❖ No show – 100% from the booking value will be charged.

❖ A Performa Invoice will be raised upon the reservation’s bookings of the guests.

❖ All accounts must be settled at least 14 days prior to guests’ arrival and the copy of payment

confirmations are to be sent to the reservations. However, in the event of the last-minute

bookings that have less than 7 days to arrival date, payment deadline will be decided by the

Crystal Sands Reservations Department. In order avoid cancellation of the confirmed bookings,

it is advisable to make pre-payment without waiting for pro-forma invoice.

❖ Reservations will automatically be released if prepayment is not received as specified above.

Confirmation of booking will only be given upon receipt of full prepayment
